Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of credits on KROMADOC, used to generate documents through the Service. They complement our Terms of Use, which continue to govern your use of the Service generally.
2. Credit system
KROMADOC operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system: there is no subscription. Credits are purchased in packs, are debited from your balance as you generate documents, and remain valid for as long as your account exists (no expiry date beyond that). Prices are displayed, taxes included where applicable, on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Price and payment
The price is the one displayed at the time you confirm your order. Payment is due immediately upon ordering, through one of the payment methods offered at checkout: Stripe (bank cards), PayPal, Flutterwave, CinetPay, FedaPay, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Flooz, Celtiis Cash, Moneroo, PawaPay, or SasPay, depending on availability in your country. Your payment details are processed exclusively by these providers; KROMADOC never has access to your full card number or mobile money PIN.
4. Delivery
Credits are digital and are credited to your account balance automatically, as a rule immediately upon confirmation of payment by the payment provider. If a delay or an anomaly occurs (payment confirmed but credits not received), contact contact@kromadoc.com so we can regularize your balance.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after your prior express agreement and your express waiver of your right of withdrawal — which is the case for credits, since they become usable to generate documents as soon as your account is credited. By validating your order, you expressly acknowledge this and waive your right of withdrawal for the credits purchased. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence, where more favorable.
6. Refunds
Given the above, purchased and unused credits are not refundable, except: a proven payment error or duplicate charge, or a decision made at our discretion in case of a proven and lasting malfunction of the Service attributable to us. Any refund request must be sent to contact@kromadoc.com, stating the order concerned.
7. Referral commissions
Members of the referral program earn commissions, convertible into credits or paid out according to the terms displayed in their account, on purchases made by the users they refer. These commissions are subject to the specific terms of the referral program presented at the time of enrollment and to any applicable tax obligations, which are the affiliate's responsibility.
8. Invoicing
A purchase confirmation, including the amount paid and the number of credits obtained, is available in your purchase history under My Account.

For any question or complaint relating to an order: contact@kromadoc.com. If you are an EU consumer and a dispute remains unresolved, you may also refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable under the law of your country of residence.
